HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 7th August 2025 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for - Licensable Activity: Late Night Refreshment 23:00 03:00 Monday Sunday Delivery only after 00:00.

Representations must be received no later than 3rd September 2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
