What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Defaqto Leisure Limited has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for Terrace, 39-43 Thomas Street, Manchester, M4 1NA as follows: To extend the hours for licensable activities so that they terminate at 03:00 on Thursdays and 05:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; all plus 30 minutes dispersal. This extension is not to apply to the entire premises, but solely in relation to the part of the premises known as ‘Unit 3’. There are to be no other changes to the licence. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 12 September 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
