NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that we: Chicken Cabins Limited have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as: KFC, Leeds Road, Huddersfield. HD2 1YJ

For Provision of late-night refreshments and recorded Music: 
Monday-Sunday23:00-01:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees. gov.uk by16 September 2025.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine of not exceeding £5000.
