Notice is given that KPC Events Limited (applicant or club name) has applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: The selling and provision of alcohol; Live music; Recorded music; Provision of late night refreshment
Monday to Sunday 12noon – 0400
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no later than 09 September 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(unlimited)
