Take notice that Swirlz Padiham Limited has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Swirlz Padiham, 61 Burnley Road, Padiham, Burnley, BB12 8BU.
The proposed application is as follows: -
• Selling of hot food (hot desserts) during the below times
- Monday – 15:00 to 24:00
- Tuesday – 15:00 to 24:00
- Wednesday – 15:00 to 24:00
- Thursday – 15:00 to 24:00
- Friday – 15:00 to 24:00
- Saturday – 14:00 to 24:00
- Sunday – 14:00 to 24:00
