APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that on 5th August 2025 an application was made to HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL by White Rock Neighbourhood Ventures Ltd, 49 - 51 Cambridge Road, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 1DT to obtain a variation to the Premises Licence for the premises known as The Observer Building, 53 Cambridge Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1DT in the following respects:- From the rooftop area, Films, Plays, Live Music, Recorded Music & Supply of Alcohol.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application for variation, should write to the Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY;
within twenty eight
consecutive days of the application date shown above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
