Block and Barrel, 2 Castle Square, Haverfordwest - Application to vary a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Section 34, Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th August 2025 an application has been made to Pembrokeshire County Council for a variation of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of Block and Barrel, 2 Castle Square, Haverfordwest, SA61 2AA and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council’s website www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The variation application is to increase the hours for licensable activities including the sale of alcohol, live & recorded music & a new plan due to internal renovations.
Any representations, relevant to one or more of the licensable objectives, in respect of the application should be made to Pembrokeshire County Council, Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.
Representations must be made in writing by 10th September 2025, clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for variation for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
