Notice is hereby given that The Grapevine Tenterden Ltd has applied toAshford Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Sale of Alcohol by Retail (On and Off Sales):Monday-Sunday 09:00-22:00 for the premises The Grapevine Delicatessen, situated at Unit 3-5, The Cellars, High Street, Tenterden, TN30 6BN.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by: 17/09/2025.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all repres- entations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licen- singAct 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
