NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 

We O’Donnell Moonshine Limited hereby give notice that we have applied on  12th August 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: O’Donnell Moonshine, Promotional Site 4, Grand Arcade, St Andrews Street, Cambridge, CB2 3BJ. 

The application is for:   

Off sales of alcohol, during the hours of Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 18:00pm and Sundays 11:00am – 17:00pm. Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 9th September 2025 to:

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000
