What is proposed?

I, Rupert Morrison do hereby give notice that on the 21 August 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Borough Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence at Drift Records, 103 B & C High Street, Totnes, TQ9 5SN.  

The variation application is: - Increase the hours of the Supply of Alcohol On & Off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 22:00. - Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 09:30 -22:30.  

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Borough Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.ukRepresentations must be received NO LATER than 18 September 2025

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
