NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Foundry Topco LLP has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 08 August 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Foundry, 3 Ellen Street, Hove, BN3 3LN for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00–00:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: ehl.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP to be received by no later than 05 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.brighton-hove.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
