Licensing Act 2003 (s)17 Application for a Premises Licence

JSNTH LTD have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for a new premises licence at 1 Chapel Lane, SOUTHPORT PR9 8EY for the following licensable activities: Off Sale of Alcohol from 07:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, SKELMERSDALE, WN8 8EE, between 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday. Brief details can be also obtained from the Councils website: http://www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing Any ‘interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application no later than 12th September 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
