NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 3 Blackpole Retail Park, Blackpole Road, Worcester, WR3 8PQ. Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Worcester City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003. Proposed licensable activities: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 8th September 2025 to Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Fine point Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF. Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk
It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in, or in connection with, an application.
