What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Pig & Whistle, 12 Covent Garden, Liverpool L2 8UA. 

The variation proposed is as follows: To attached amended plan to Premises Licence following changes to internal layout. 

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Liverpool City Council Licensing Authority, Licensing Unit Cunard Building, Water Street Liverpool Liverpool L3 1AH www.liverpool.gov.uk during normal office hours. 

This application was lodged with Liverpool City Council Licensing Authority on 14 August 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Liverpool City Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 11 September 2025. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
