NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Applicant: Kitchens Of Kerala Ltd.
Premises: Curry Leaf, 169 West Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE15 6PQ.
Notice is hereby given that Kitchens of Kerala Ltd has applied on the 18th August 2025 to Newcastle City Council for a New Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the sale of alcohol (on sales only 11:00 to 22.30 daily. The opening hours of the premises will be every day 11:00 to 23.00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received no later than 11th September 2025. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
