Take notice that on 09 September 2025 I/we Maru Pk Ltd of 9 Tangmere Road, Yarm TS15 9GF made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises: 8 Feasegate York YO1 8SQ.

The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 09 September 2025 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: * - sale by retail of alcohol - Monday to Thursday 11:00 - 17:30, Friday - Saturday 11:00 - 19:00, Sunday 11:30 - 17:00.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
