To whom it may concern: Broomhill Farm Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at North Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Broomhill Farm, MUDDIFORD EX31 4EX The application is for: Off Sale of Alcohol 08:00 to 20:00hrs DAILY NB There will be no ON Sales or Public Access to the site. A copy of the application can be viewed at The Licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 1DG during normal office hours by appointment only. However The Licensing Act 2003 Public Register, Record of Applications and representation form are available on our website: https://www.northdevon.gov.uk/business/ licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohollicences Any Representations should be sent to the above address or by email to licensing@ northdevon.gov.uk no later than 9th September 2025. NB Representations received after this date will not be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
