What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Jodie White to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of Dearne Tap, Unit 1 St Andrew’s Square, Bolton-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 8BA on the following terms: To extend the premises area for on sales to include an outdoor smoking area at the rear and a seating area with disabled access at the front.
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 5 September 2025
