We, McDonald’s Restaurants Limited hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Premise Name: McDonald’s Restaurants Address of Premises: 6 Faverdale Retail Park, Faverdale Industrial Estate, Darlington, DL3 0PZ.
The application is for: The Provision of Late Night Refreshment (for consumption on and off the premises) Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 to 05:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to: - The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT No later than 4th September 2025 The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk/business-and-licensing
.It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
