Notice of application for new application of premises licence
We SASA Foods Limited T/A KFC of Concourse Shopping Centre, Skelmersdale, WN8 6LN have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for the following has been applied for:
Provision of late-night refreshments only through Delivery and Drive thru
Sunday-Thursday 23:00-01:00
Friday& Saturday 23:00-02:00
The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale, WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can be also obtained from the Councils website http://www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing
Any ‘interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before 09 September 2025.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.
