Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice of Application Application for a Premises Licence (under section 17) 

Name of Applicant: Mr. Izak Steyn 

Name and Postal address of Premises: Spitfire Barbecue, 39-41 St Mary's Street, Cardiff CF10 1AD 

THE PROPOSED LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES ARE: The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only from 11.00 to 23.00 hrs. all week and opening hours the same, all as per the application. 

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). 

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 9th September 2025. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
