Notice is hereby given that Kefco Sales Ltd has applied in respect of KFC Unit A1A, Sheepen Road Retail Park, Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3GT.
For a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the playing of recorded music and provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
