To whom it may concern: We Dark Bar Drinks Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Teignbridge District Council for a new premises license at Units 20-21 Samara Business Park, Cavalier Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 6TR and known as Dark Bar Drinks Ltd
The application is for: The sale of alcohol 24 hours a day online only. No public access to the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager at Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Rd, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX not later than: 16 September 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING email is acceptable.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
