What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Pure Padel Clubs LTD has applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Moor Allerton Golf Club, Coal Road, Wike, Leeds, LS17 9NH. 

The application is for the following licensable activity: Supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday, 12:00 - 22:30. Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or by email to: entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk by no later than 17/09/2025. 

The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR during normal office hours or online at www.leeds.gov.uk. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 

The maximum fine on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
