An application for a VARIATION of a Premises Licence has been made by Stephen Wright to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as
The Starting Gate which are situated at 134 Birches Barn Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV3 7BG
The application to vary is as follows:
To extend the licensable timings Sale/supply of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:15 New Years Eve 10:00 until 00:30
Recorded Music (indoors) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00 New Years Eve 10:00 until 00:30
To add the following licensable activities Sale/Supply of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:15 New Years Eve 10:00 until 00:30
Recorded Music (Outdoors) &Live Music (Indoors and Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 23:00 New Years Eve 10:00 until 00:30
To amend the premises plan to reflect the current layout of the premises. To replace the operating schedule in its entirety.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by 11 September 2025
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
