And Off The Premises Between 10.00 Hours And
19.00 Hours Monday To Sunday.

contact telephone number). Representations can

Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made.
