NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Chesterfield Borough Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Ringwood Road,
Brimington, S43 1DG. The proposed licensable activity is
the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. A
copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing
Counter, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield S40 1LP.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing

The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
