Notice Of Application For The Full Varation Of A Premises Licence

TAKE NOTICE that The Office. has applied under the Licensing Act 2003, for the full variation to a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Office Fold Head Mills Huddersfield Road Mirfield WF14 8BE
FOR The retail sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises on Mon – Wed 8am - 23.00pm, Thurs 8am – 00:00am, Fri -Sat 8am – 2am, Sun 11am – 23.00pm
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at

licensing@kirklees.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
