36 St Marys Gate, Chesterfield, S41 7TH has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on on or from the premises are: Daily 1000 - 0300 both, live and recorded music and alcohol sales.
Daily 1000 - 0300 indoor dancing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
