TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I, SAVAS ULUYOL,
do hereby give notice that on 13/08/2025 served
application on Adur & Worthing Councils and the
relevant authorities for a new premises licence on
the premises known as EFES TOWN CAFE
situated at 24-26 PORTLAND ROAD, WORTHING
BN11 1QN. The application is to allow the following
Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol & Late Night
Refreshment. The application seeks to allow
Licensable activities to be conducted between the
hours of: Sale of alcohol on the premises 10:00 –
23:30 Monday to Sunday. Late Night Refreshment
on the premises 23:00 – 00:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the
said grant should set out, in writing, a brief
statement of the grounds of his/her objection and
send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing
Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond Road,
Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS.
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no
later than 11/09/2025. The application may be
viewed, in full, at the above offices between the
hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
