What is proposed?

Licensing Application for a Premises LicenceLICENSING ACT 2003 An application has been made by Escrick & Deighton Club Committee to NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL on 11th August 2025 to Grant the Premises/Club Licence for:ESCRICK & DEIGHTON CLUB (to be Escrick Club CIO) of 63 Main Street, Escrick, YO19 6LQ. The proposed days and hours of opening are as follows: Monday – Thursday 11:00 – 00:00, Friday & Saturday 11:00 – 01:00, Sunday 11:00 – 00:00. Seasonal variations: - additional hour at the end of permitted opening hours (Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays) Activities to include: The supply of alcohol.The full application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby between 10am and 4pm.  All representations to this application must be made in writing to North Yorkshire Council (licensing.sel@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28 days from the date of this notice.  It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.  A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.LAST DATE FOR REPRESENTATIONS: 8th September 2025Applicant: L A Reader (on behalf of Escrick & Deighton Club Committee)Date of notice:12th August 2025
