NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Juiceness Limited has applied to Tower Hamlets Council on 11 August 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Anchor Stall Number 1, Old Spitalfields Market, London E1 6EW for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 19:00 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1B to be received by no later than 8 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
