PUBLIC NOTICE 

LICENSING ACT 2003 

To whom it may concern: I Stefania Jumuga Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence at 45 Regent Street, Hinckley, LE10 0BA and known as La Steff The application is to: sell alcohol off licence to people over 18 years old.

Any persons who are likely to be affected by the grant of a licence and wants to make a written representation for or against this application should write to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Environmental Health, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, LE10 0FR or email: esadmin@ hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk not later than the (5) 05/09/2025 Representations received after this date will not be considered. 

Representations may not be made anonymously and must relate to the Four Licensing Objectives - The Prevention of Crime & Disorder, Public Safety, The Prevention of Public Nuisance and The Protection of Children from harm. Relevant representations will be included in a public report to the licensing panel and the applicant.
