Notice of application for variation of a Premises Licence 

Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council on 15th August 2025 for the variation of a premises licence for the provision of late night refreshment for McDonald’s Restaurants, 147-151 High Street, Acton, W3 6LP. The premises licence currently authorises Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00 Mondays to Sundays. The Application is to extend the opening and Late Night refreshment hours to enable the restaurant to open from 05:00 every day through until 05:00 the following morning, enabling the restaurant to trade 24/7. 

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to :- The Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk no later than 12th September 2025. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. 

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address. 

Anonymous representations will not be accepted. A copy of the Application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: http://www.ealing.gov.uk/licences 

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
