PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION

PREMISES NAME: HARDWICKE HALL, HARDWICKE, HAY-ON-WYE, HR3 5TA

Notice of Application for Variation of Premises Licence.

We, The Hardwicke Hall Committee hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 29th day of July 2025 for a Variation of a licence to operate a premises at HARDWICKE HALL, HARDWICKE, HAY-ON-WYE, HR3 5TA from which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday, with extension to 00:00 on 24?? December and 01:30 on 31?? December.

The full application, giving details about the premises and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council. This may be inspected free of charge, at the offices of the Council at Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY by emailing licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk or calling 01432 261761 to request a copy or at the Council website https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/business-1/current-licensing-applications/1

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 consecutive days of 30th day of July 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
