NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE THAT PAUL SENIOR has applied for a variation of a PREMISES LICENCE for premises at TEDDY’S, 6/10 SLATER STREET , LIVERPOOL, L1 4BS. For the following licensable activities:
1. EXTEND THE FINISH TIME FOR ALL LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES, ON FRIDAY’S & SATURDAY’S (& ANY SUNDAY’S PRECEDING A BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY) ONLY, TO A NEW FINISH TIME OF 05:45 (& EXTEND OPENING HOURS TO 06:00).
2. ANY GRANT OF THE ABOVE TO APPLY FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS COMMENCING FROM THE DATE OF GRANT (FOLLOWING WHICH PERIOD ALL PERMITTED TIMES TO THEN REVERT TO THOSE CURRENTLY APPROVED).
3. REMOVAL OF CONDITION 9 WITHIN ANNEX 2.

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 11th day of September 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
