TAKE NOTICE that I Jane TaylorBarron (A New Leaf Marsden) TAKE NOTICE that I Jane Taylor-Barron have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as A New Leaf Marsden, 30 Peel Street, Marsden, HD7 6BW
FOR The sale by retail of alcohol on behalf of the premises, A New Leaf Marsden for consumption on and off the premises, between the hours of 10.00am - 9.00pm, Monday to Sunday
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 8th September, 2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
