Mr S Joseph has applied for a premises licence at The Coffee Vault, 78 St Marys Road, Garston L19 2JG to sell alcohol 0900 to 2300 hrs daily, and recorded music 0800-2300 hrs.
The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L3 1AH Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.
Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 4/9/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
