The application can be inspected at the address below by appointment or www.sefton.gov.uk. Written representation must be received by Sefton MBC Licensing, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Rd, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating reasons, by 6/9/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false statement be made.
