provides for the supply of alcohol from 06.00 to
23.00 every day.
Representations may be made by interested
parties and Responsible Authorities to the
Licensing Authority at Luton Borough Council Town
Hall George Street Luton LU1 2BQ. Any
representations relating to the application must be
made in writing and received by the Licensing
Team at the above address or at

licensing@luton.

gov.uk no later than 8th September 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly
make a false statement in connection with a
licensing application. The maximum fine on
conviction is unlimited.
