NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
We, Tim and Ed's Café, of 82 Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 8AB are applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place:
Supply of alcohol – Monday to Sunday - 10.00am to 22:30pm.
Opening hours of the premises Monday to Sunday – 07:00am to 23:00pm.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours or you can view our online register
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
