What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that City Gaming Limited has applied to Thanet District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Bingo Nation, 6 High Street, Ramsgate, CT11 9AB. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The sale of alcohol on the premises only from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment indoors only from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Opening hours unrestricted.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Thanet District Council, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 2UH or by email via licensing@thanet.gov.uk no later than 8th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Thanet District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.thanet.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
