What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Application has been made by Marks and Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 2-6 Fulham Broadway, London SW6 1AA. 

The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 hours each day & the 7 days before Christmas Day each year permitted hours to be 0600 to 0000 hours each day. 

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 8 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online: www.lbhf.gov.uk.gov/licensing or by request (020 8753 1081). 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. 

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
