What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Application has been made by Frederic Robinson Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Ring O' Bells at 130 Church Lane, Marple, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK6 7AY. The application includes the following terms:- 

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 

2. To amend children’s condition. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport, SK1 3XE. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th September 2025 (www.stockport.gov.uk) 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
