What is proposed?

NOTICE of application to Cheshire East Council on (11 August 2025) for the grant of a premises licence by A & GH Limited in respect of the premises known as Saffron Mall, 64 – 66 Mill Street, Macclesfield SK11 6NH to provide the (on) sale by retail of alcohol 1200 – 2200hrs Monday to Sunday.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before 8 September 2025: Licensing Team, Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL Or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
