Notice is hereby given that Brewhouse & Kitchen Ltd has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 8 August 2025 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Branksome (Former Brewhouse & Kitchen) 152-154 Commercial Road, Bournemouth BH2 5LU to remove all current premises licence conditions and replace with further conditions as shown in the Annex A submitted with the application; to vary the hours for the on and off sales of alcohol, recorded music, live music, activity like music/dance and performances of dance Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:00, late night refreshment indoors Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00, late night refreshment outdoors Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00, opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:30; to add the provision of films Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 02:00 and to update the name of the premises to “The Branksome”. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
