Licensing Act 2003: Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that THE ARTS CLUB (LONDON) LIMITED has applied to the City of Westminster on 05/08/25 to vary the premises licence for THE ARTS CLUB, 40 DOVER STREET, LONDON W1S 4NP. The proposed variation is to permit the garden area of the Premises to remain open until 23:00 hours daily on a permanent basis. The garden area has been permitted to remain open to 23:00 on a yearly basis since 2021.

The proposed variation also seeks to remove conditions 11 to 15 at Annex 2 of the existing Premises Licence and to replace them with 4 similar conditions as set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3 SEPTEMBER 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing and following the link to the public register.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
