Notice is hereby given that Mr Harjinder Singh has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Sale of Alcohol by Retail (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 23:00. For the following premises:
Black Dam Food & Wine, Unit 1, Rucstall Centre, Black Dam, Basingstoke, RG21 3QN.
The Postal address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. (02.09.2025).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
