Notice of Intention to Apply for a Zoo Licence

Zoo Licensing Act 1981 - Section 2 Julian Hubbuck of Nutley Farm, Winfrith Newburgh, Nr Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8DT hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make an application to Dorset Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo to keep 4 castrated reindeer for exhibition on the premises at Nutley Farm, Winfrith Newburgh, Nr Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8DT

A written notice of the intention to make an application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the Dorset Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ On any working day between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.00 pm.

Any person wishing to make representations to the notice may do so by writing to Environmental Health, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ
