Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: MA3 Retail Ltd Have Applied to: Durham County Council for a New Premises Licence for: Premier, 38c Front Street, Framwellgate Moor, Durham DH1 5EE

Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (06:00–23:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 03 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to:

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.durham.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
